OUR TECHNOLOGIES

Our treatment technologies, experience and expertise make for competitive applications in Sewage Treatment Works applications, including utilising existing infrastructure such as ponds and trickling filters. Our understanding of multiple process units, like our patented PetroÒ Process, can reduce the energy and reactor volume requirements of the activated sludge system. These systems, in combination with activated sludge, are capable of achieving stringent effluent discharge standards, while providing a capex and opex saving to the client.

We have a variety of technology options available in the Tecroveer designed Wastewater Treatment Plants.  We select the appropriate system and product for each application.

TECROVEER TRANSFER MIXER

The patented Tecroveer Transfer Mixer that has been applied in more than 20 instances since 2002, is our design patent that combines mixing and high-volume, low-pressure pumping characteristics. The advantages of the Transfer Mixer include: the elimination of pumps for recycle flows, lower power consumption, non-clog design, higher return rates as well as improved process control.

AERATION ARRANGEMENT AND TECHNOLOGY

Tecroveer’s vertical non-clog aerators have a high pump / mix factor. The plug-flow design allows for the control of the anoxic and aerobic zone through VSDs. Aeration is proportional to organic loading into the plant, making it energy efficient.

BIO-SOLIDS MANAGEMENT AND TECHNOLOGIES

We offer the design and implementation of dedicated bio-solids handling and disposal. Our services include beneficial use, composting, volume reduction, refurbishing and cleaning of anaerobic digester.  Our Multi-Disc Screw Presses are cost-effective dehydration alternatives.
