Ndoyisile Eismail Tlou owned Ron Trading CC that were the manufacturing partner with Tecroveer for many years.  In 2012 Ndoyisile sold 49% of Ron Trading to Tecroveer and hence the birth of our operating company Tecroveer Projects (Pty) Ltd.

• Adopt an approach to eliminate unsafe acts and conditions from the workplace.
• Provide occupational health and safety training for the employees.
• Ensure that risk assessments are done for new processes and any changes.
• Ensure that sub contractors and suppliers comply with all the occupational health and safety program requirements.
• Conduct regular occupational health and safety audits. Seek continuous improvement through setting and reviewing targets, and doing daily toolbox talks on the job.
• Continuously strive to improve the safety management system.
• Review the policy at regular intervals.
